ATW Properties LLC wants everyone to be able to use atwproperties.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement covers this corporate website. Each of our properties has its own website and its own accessibility statement (see “Accessibility at our properties” below).

Our standard

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a target we work toward and check against, not a guarantee that every page is free of barriers.

How we test

We check the site with:

  • Automated accessibility scans using axe-core
  • Manual keyboard checks (tabbing through pages, visible focus, skip link, and the contact form)

Automated tools catch only some problems, so we also fix issues that people report to us. This site was last reviewed in October 2026.
